Second, unloading grass, equipment, etc.: In order to save costs and facilitate subsequent construction, the turf is unloaded on the side of the site by crane or manually.

Acceptance criteria: The turf roll is placed horizontally on the ground, the equipment must not be dropped directly from the car, and rain-proof and theft-proof measures must be taken.

3. Preparation of auxiliary materials: According to the construction plan, inform the customer in advance to prepare auxiliary materials.

Fourth, the field line: measure the size of the entire field, find the center point of the field and the center of the two semicircles, measure the line according to these three basic points, use the ink line to pop the field center line, and set the side line (outside the function line).

Acceptance criteria: The position of each intersection is accurate, the function line is straight and clear, and the error distance is less than 5mm.

V. Sod paving: Spread the sod on the field according to the paving plan.

Acceptance criteria: the turf paving is consistent with the drawing, all the grass threads are in the same lodging direction, the function points and threads woven on the turf are aligned with the marks on the ground, and the grass threads on the overlapping turf are less than 1cm.

6. Straight seam for bonding the turf: Cut off the excess base cloth on the side of the turf, roll the two turf along the straight seam for about 25cm, brush with the special glue for artificial turf, and lay a 25cm-wide clean on the ground between the turf To connect the belt, apply glue evenly with a squeegee. After the glue dries, turn the turf down and bond it, and compact it.

Acceptance criteria: The glue brush at the bottom of the turf is about 7cm wide, and the amount is 50m straight seam a bucket of glue (11kg) as the standard, and the glue is evenly applied, and there is no leakage of brush or glue; the distance between the two pieces of turf to be bonded is less than 1cm ; And there is no overlap.

Seven, bonding function line:

1. The functional threads that have been woven on the turf should be carefully straightened and conformed to the drawing;

2. Refer to the drawing to indicate the size of the functional line width, and cut the corresponding width and length of the turf on the functional line turf for use;

3. Measure the approximate position of the function line with a tape measure on the field, and cut the turf to determine the line-off point on the foundation, then cut out a gap equal to the size of the function line, padded the connecting tape at the bottom, and follow the straight seam method. Apply glue to the bottom of the turf and the functional line, then inlay and bond the functional line, and compact it.

Acceptance standard: The bonding standard is the same as the straight seam, and the appearance of the functional line must be straight without obvious distortion.

8. Paving quartz sand:

1. Calculate the 4m× 4m area quartz sand dosage according to the site filling accessories standard (kg/㎡);

2, press 4m× 4m to place the spot on the spot, and then spread the calculated amount of sand and spread it evenly.

Acceptance criteria: Quartz sand is spread evenly, without piles or bald pieces.

Nine, leveling the quartz sand: Use the grass brushing machine to comb the grass horizontally and horizontally once, so that the quartz sand particles are fully injected into the grass silk.

Acceptance criteria: the grass filaments exposed in the quartz sand are neat and uniform in height, and there is no obvious difference in height between the sand grains.

10. Paving rubber particles:

1. Calculate the amount of rubber particles in the 4m× 4m area according to the site filling accessories standard (kg/㎡);

2, press 4m× 4m to place the spot on the spot, and then spread the calculated amount of sand and spread it out evenly.

Acceptance criteria: The rubber particles are spread evenly, without piles or bald pieces.

11. Smoothing rubber particles: Use a grass brushing machine to comb the turf horizontally and horizontally for more than 3 times, so that the rubber particles can be fully injected into the pitch of the grass.

Acceptance criteria: the grass filaments are neatly exposed in the rubber particles, the height is constant, and the rubber particles have no obvious height difference.

12. Clean up the site: clean up the remaining grass lines, construction debris, and garbage on the site; prepare to send the equipment back to the company or transfer to other sites as needed.

Acceptance criteria: The site is clean, the function line is accurate and straight, and the appearance is beautiful.

XIII. Completion acceptance: Notify the customer of the completion information in advance, let the customer check the site, and sign the acceptance based on the actual situation.

Acceptance criteria:

1. The color of artificial grass is uniform and uniform, and the color of various functional lines is uniform, bright, and no color difference.

2. The width and positioning of each functional line and point line are accurate, and the size of the functional area meets the standard.

3. There is no obvious gap between the two turf seams, and the bonding is tight and no glue is opened.

4. The surface of the filled sand and rubber particles is clean, the filling is full, and there is no obvious height difference.

14. Data collection: Collect the contact information of the site owner, company business and other information, and take pictures of the site and pass it to the company.
