(1) Features: Solvent-free and water-based silicon PU is the main material for the elastic layer of environment-friendly synthetic courts. It is the third-generation silicon PU independently developed by our company. Its production abandons the traditional process by leaving out organic solvents, so it is odorless, non-toxic, harmless, and environment-friendly with strong adhesion, elasticity, tensile strength and aging resistance.

(2) User Instructions: Open the barrel and stir, and then add water to them at a proportion of 0.1 percent-1 percent (the higher the temperature, the fewer need for water) for solidification. The thickness of each coating should be no more than 2 mm, and the next coating should not be applied until the thickness of the current coating meets design requirements. Attention should be paid to the leveling effect when the reinforcement layer is applied.

(3) Applications: indoor and outdoor basketball courts, volleyball courts, badminton courts, among other courts with elastic surface.
