1. Environmental Performance
Modified TPU materials for sports fields are independently developed by our company. It is free of toxic substances (e.g., short-chain chlorinated paraffin (SCCP), benzene, toluene, xylene and free toluene diisocyanate (TDI)), irritating odor and heavy metals (lead, mercury, chromium and cadmium); and it is safe to baby fish. Because they are green and environment-friendly, the Recommendations on the Piloting the Use of Modified TPU Materials for Sports Fields in Our Province co-written by Mr. Zhong Gaoming, Chairman of the Board of our company, was published on Social Conditions and Public Opinions in December 2015, and recognized by Li Youzhi, then Vice Governor of Hunan Province. They were also included in the Resource Saving and Environment-friendly Product Catalog of Hunan Province for Government Procurement (Seventh Batch) jointly released by the Hunan Provincial Department of Finance, Hunan Chang-Zhutan Construction Management Committee for Experimental Zones of Resource Saving and Environment-friendly Society, the Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Department, the Industry and Information Technology Department of Hunan Province, the Ecology and Environment Department of Hunan and the Administration for Market Supervision of Hunan Province.
2. Characteristics of Finished Products
Being used to construct synthetic tracks and courts, they contain many closed pores with high gum content, aging resistance, tensile strength and fire resistance. Their structure of a hard upper layer and a elastic lower layer conforms to the principle of body mechanics, as such that they are much more effective in energy absorbing and thus helpful for athletes to avoid ankle injuries.
