It is a national high-tech company specialized in R & D, production and sales of synthetic tracks, synthetic turf, synthetic courts, modular flooring, prefabricated tracks, epoxy floor paint, interior and exterior architectural coatings, fence lighting, fitness equipment, and recreational facilities for preschool children as well as after sale technical services for these products. As a demonstration entity for Chin’s sport industry, a national high-tech company, and a comprehensive R & D and manufacturing company for foreign aid designated by the Ministry of Commerce, our company has all required qualifications, including certifications of more than 100 authorities at home and abroad (e.g., the World Athletics (WA), the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and the China Environmental Labeling).
U-crown Industrlal Group always keeps in mind its mission of manufacturing healthy products, building a company advocating health and making people lead a healthy life. It has cooperated with the Hunan Testing Institute of Product and Commodity Supervision and the Miluo Bureau of Market Supervision to establish the Hunan Joint Material Research Laboratory for Sports Fields, and its joint declaration with Central South University to establish the Hunan High-performance and Environment-friendly Material Research Center for Synthetic Tracks was approved by the Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Department. So far, it has received nearly 200 patents. The environmental performance of its products complies with the latest national standard Sports Areas with Synthetic Surfaces for Primary and Middle Schools and international standards. Modified TPU materials, one of its patented products, is of no harm to baby fish and included in the Resource Saving and Environment-friendly Product Catalog of Hunan Province for Government Procurement (Seventh Batch); synthetic grass, prefabricated rubber tracks and water-based silicon PU materials are selected into the Product Catalog of Hunan Province for Prioritized Procurement (Third Batch); moreover, U-crown Industrlal Group takes the lead in the domestic R & D and launch of the technology of mixed planting of artificial and natural grass in the football field and the forest track that can release oxide ions. These products have received widespread acclaim from users. It has also extended business to all parts of the world, which marks its entry into international competition. Its products are exported to Russia, Saudi Arabia, Chile, Germany, France, Spain, Singapore, Australia, among other countries, and more than 180 service centers and sales outlets have been established at home and abroad.
With a total planned area of 350 mu, the R & D and Manufacturing Base of Youguan Sports (Educational) Facilities began to produce at full capacity in its first phase with an area of 100 mu in 2017, and put its second phase with an area of 80 mu into operation in 2020. In 2019, our company has completed the transformation of the shareholding system and signed counseling agreements with accounting firms, law firms, and securities firms for listing, which marks the beginning of preparation to become China’s first sports company listed on the Main Board.
